The Inter-Society typically holds three meeting a year:
- In January, during the ICTA Technical Seminar in Los Angeles
- In March, during ShoWest in Las Vegas
- In October, during Show East in Orlando, FL
The meeting are open for all to attend, however, only menber companies are given the opportunity to give reports.
