Distribution building, located just outside their Burbank lot. It is the big, glass building across Kenwood Ave. from the Taco Bell on Olive, just South of Hollywood Way. Inter-Society meeting at ICTA Los Angeles 2007

The January meeting of the Inter-Society will take place on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at the Universal Hilton Hotel, Ballroom B, North Hollywood, CA, at 4:00 PM, immediately following the conclusion of the ICTA Seminar.

ShoWest 2007 Inter-Society Meeting

The ShoWest meeting of the Inter-Society will begin at 8:15AM with a video tribute to this year's Ken Mason Award recipient, John Pytlak. The business section of the meeting will commence at 8:30AM in SkyView Room #4, 26th floor, Bally's Hotel, Wednesday, March 14, 2007. A continental breakfast will be served.

ShowEast 2007 Meeting

The annual ShowEast meeting will be held at 7:30AM. Thursday, October 18, in the Los Angeles Room at the Orlando Marriott.

ShoWest 2008 Meeting

The ShoWest meeting of the Inter-Society will take place on Wednesday, March 12 at 8:30 AM in Bally's SkyView Room #4 on the 26th floor of the main tower. A continental breakfast will be served. At the main ShoWest breakfast on Tuesday, March 11 at 7:45 AM, Ken Mason Award recipient Dan Taylor will accept the honor.

ShowEast 2008 Meeting

Annual ShowEast meeting is being planned for Wednesday, Oct.15, 2008.

January 2008 Los Angeles Meeting

The next meeting of the Inter-Society will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 4:00 PM in Ballroom B of the Universal Hilton Hotel. This meeting will follow the conclusion of the January ICTA Seminar. The hotel is located at 555 Universal Hollywood Drive in Universal City, CA. This is an important meeting since we will vote to fill Board and Officer vacancies, as well as select the Ken Mason Award recipient. In addition to our regular reports, we will also explain the functions and processes of our sub-committees, each of which holds regular meetings. Light refreshments will be served.

ShowEast 2009 Meeting

The Inter-Society ShowEast 2009 meeting will be on Tuesday, October 27, at 9:00 AM. (Note, this is a change from the previous Wedesday 8:00 AM time slot, to avoid show programing conflicts)

The January meeting of the Inter-Society will be held at 4-5:30PM, January 18, 2006, at the Universal Hilton Hotel, Ballroom B, immediately following the conclusion of the ITEA Seminar.
